If you purchased 1 year of full app access with your Nova this can be activated right away or when your Nova arrives by the following steps ✨
To activate right away click "Activate 1-Year Subscription": After payment, you will be re-directed to the order confirmation page. Scroll down and below Order Details you will see "Activate 1-Year Subscription".
If you prefer to wait we will also send you your activation link in the Your Lumenate Order Receipt email
Activate your Stripe account: As you've already paid for a discounted year of access, the activation link will grant this before it renews in a years time at the full price (of £60 or your currency equivalent).
Link the subscription to your Lumenate account with the "Subscription Confirmation - Login To Access" email: You will then receive a confirmation email (Subscription Confirmation - Login To Access), it may take a few minutes to come through, but if you still can't see it, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.
This email opens to a "Magic Login" button to use on your mobile phone to seamlessly link up the subscription to your account.
Alternatively, scroll down and follow the "Other ways to connect" steps.
Open the Lumenate app and navigate to Settings > Web Login.
Use the "code xxxx-xxxx" to link the subscription and unlock the full app.
Please make sure you do not have an active subscription (with Apple or Google Play) in the Lumenate App. If you do, wait until it expires; otherwise, you'll end up with multiple live subscriptions.
Transitioning Existing Subscriptions
For users transitioning from an active subscription, to avoid multiple charges, please cancel any renewing subscriptions and wait for the expiration before activating: How do I cancel my subscription?
Troubleshooting Subscription Issues
If you encounter issues activating your subscription or notice that your access is not linked to your account:
Double-check your inbox for the "Your Lumenate Order Receipt" email to activate the subscription. Once activated, you will receive a "Subscription Confirmation - Login To Access" email.
Open this second email on your mobile device and click the Magic Login Button to link your subscription.
If issues persist:
Open the Lumenate app and navigate to Settings > Web Login to enter the Code manually.
Recheck the Code for accuracy if it does not work.
Take a screenshot of any error messages for troubleshooting.
