Which subscription do I have?
You can confirm your subscription under the Settings tab within the Lumenate app: Account > Subscription Information.
How can I change subscription type?
If you would like to change your subscription type between monthly and annual, then you'll need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe at the end of your current subscription cycle.
If I unsubscribe will it delete my progress?
If you unsubscribe from Lumenate, all of your data will remain inside your account and be available to you should you choose to resubscribe again.
I can't see my subscription in the app?
