Managing your subscription (if purchased via Apple or Google Play)
If you purchased an in-app subscription this is managed through Apple or Google Play directly, so you need to cancel it first yourself.

If you purchased a web subscription this can be managed through our customer portal
To cancel, log in to your billing account here: https://payments.lumenategrowth.com/p/login/28EeVdeH1cUx7YD4jf1B600
Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Then for the refund:
We can process this for you, please send us a message and let us know the email linked to your billing account.
Customer portal sign-in
If you're unsure of which email you used for your billing account or if your email doesn't allow you to sign in, you can confirm your account by checking your inbox for the email "Subscription Confirmation - Login To Access". The email address this was sent to is linked to your account (it may be different from your Lumenate account email).
