If you want to delete your Lumenate account, you can easily do this through the app:
Open the Lumenate app on your device.
Head to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings.
Tap Delete Your Account and confirm. Once you have submitted your request through the app, the account deletion process will begin.
Please make sure if you started a subscription, that you cancel it as this is held directly between you and Google Play/Apple - how do I cancel my subscription?
Alternatively, please send us the following message through the in-app chat or email [email protected] and we will process it for you:
"I would like to delete my account, under the email address: xxxxx@ xxxx.xxx"
