How do I delete my account?

Please send the below message through the in-app chat or email [email protected] and we will delete the account for you:

If you started a subscription, please make sure that you cancel it as this is held directly between you and Apple/Google Play - how do I cancel my subscription?

Deleting your account or the Lumenate app will not automatically stop your subscription and you will still be charged. To ensure that your subscription is cancelled, please see the link above.

If you unsubscribed from Lumenate, all of your data will remain inside your account and be available to you should you choose to resubscribe again.
