There is a known issue, where the Nova will not turn on. This is being caused by a minor coding bug that's triggered by a specific combination of button presses, which puts your Nova into an unresponsive state.
Update 23/01/26: We will be releasing a fix to this within the next week. Once we have thoroughly test we will push this out as an Over The Air Update for your Nova. Please note this issue is affecting all current Nova units, so your Nova is not faulty if the below brings it back to life.

Ensure the Nova is not plugged in,
Press and hold off button ("O") for over 10 seconds (please use a timer to confirm the press and hold is over 10 seconds),
Press and hold the off button ("O") for 3 seconds - at this point you should see the indicator light come on.
Your Nova is ready to use / pair to your device!
