Apple / App Store
Open your device's Settings app and tap on your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Tap Subscriptions > you'll see Lumenate and your renewal date/price
You should have also received an email from Apple (Your Subscription is Confirmed) which confirms the subscription price and renewal date.
Android / Google Play Store
Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
Tap "Payments and subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
You can tap Lumenate to see your renewal date/price.
