We've identified the cause of fluctuating battery levels being shown in the app for your Lumenate Nova, and for it never reaching 100%. The issue is with the code in the app that interprets battery level reading, not a fault with the Nova.
If this looks familiar, don't worry!
We're still optimising the code we use to read our battery level, but rest assured this isn't a fault with the Nova this is an issue with the app code.
Update 23/01/26: we'll be releasing a fix to this in the next 7 days.
