The Backer Survey is sent by Kickstarter after you pledge to confirm your postal address and contact details for delivery.
Steps to find your survey and how to check if you've already responded
When you first pledged, you should have received an email from [email protected] with a link to confirm your delivery details (Response needed: Get your reward for Lumenate Nova: The Consciousness-Shifting Light Mask).
If you haven't received this, please log in to Kickstarter on a web browser (unfortunately this can't be accessed within the Kickstarter App).
Click your Profile Icon (top right hand corner) > Backed Projects: Lumenate Nova > View Survey
Under "Survey responses" you will see either your address and questions filled, or you'll be able to respond to the Address and Questions here
If the response hasn't been filled, a red banner will appear on the top of screen with a "Respond now" button, linking you right the survey responses to fill your details.
How to update your delivery address
If you have a new address that you'd like the Nova to be delivered to, please follow these steps to update your details:
Please log in to Kickstarter on a web browser (not within the Kickstarter App).
Click your Profile Icon (top right hand corner) > Backed Projects: Lumenate Nova > View Survey
Under "Survey responses" you can update your address.
Further information and troubleshooting
If you receive a Kickstarter notification "Lumenate needs some information to fulfill your reward", you may need to double check your survey has been submitted:
Please log in to Kickstarter on a web browser (not within the Kickstarter App).
Click your Profile Icon (top right hand corner) > Backed Projects: Lumenate Nova > View Survey
Under "Survey responses", both "Address" and "Questions" should have green tags "Submitted" next to them.
If not, there should be a "Submit my responses" button under "Questions", make sure the address section is correct and click this. It should then remove the header on your page and update your backer survey.
Nova Delivery Update
Mass Production has officially started! New expected delivery: mid-December.
Extra quality-assurance steps now added to the production process (to ensure every Nova meets our standards) means that shipping will start a couple of weeks later than planned, now targeting mid-December.
We’ll also be sharing more details soon about how we’ll lock in final delivery addresses once we have a clearer picture of shipping schedules. There will still be time to make updates (if needed) before your Nova is sent out.
